Dr. Brian Farkas earned his Masters and Doctoral degrees in engineering from the University of California, Davis. He has served as a professor of Food Science at NC State University, as Department Head of the Food Science Department at Purdue University, and as Chief Scientific Officer at McCormick and Company.
Brian will soon be starting a new position as Dean of the College of Agriculture and Natural Sciences at the University of Delaware. Join us for a conversation about perspective, education, and taking on new challenges for growth.
